Our trusted client is a local leading business that formulates, manufactures and sources industry-leading waterproofing technology for the commercial construction, infrastructure and mining industries

Position:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be the forefront of the business, taking control of a portfolio of accounts whilst seeking new business opportunities across commercial, mining and infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end pipeline of projects
  • Presenting to and meeting with Builders, Architects, Specifiers and Engineers
  • Continue to generate revenue and new opportunities across any of the following areas - mining, commercial, civil and infrastructure
  • Working with builders contractors and installers, ensuring they are comfortable with every aspect of the installation process
  • Leverage BCI and internal tools for project tracking and information
  • Represent the brand at industry functions & entertain clients in social forums
  • Provide market feedback for input into further product development

Ideal Experience:

  • Candidates with previous exposure to materials such as waterproofing, construction chemicals, concrete, coating systems, roofing membranes, epoxies, polyurethanes, admixtures or remedial solutions
  • Comfortable being on site, working with builders and contractors as well as an architects office
  • A polished presenter - able to organise and conduct presentations to architects / major builders
  • Stable career history
  • Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations
  • Used to, or a desire to working from home reporting interstate
