About the Company:

This is a privately owned civil and construction company who specialise in bulk earthworks and ground engineering technologies across Melbourne and the surrounding areas.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Piling Supervisor to overseas a number of piling and ground engineering projects across Melbourne. You will work across multiple projects simultaneously that cover bulk earthworks, CFA, shoring and anchoring works.

About the Duties:

  • Pre-site meetings
  • Liaising with client and Engineer
  • Prepare site for set up
  • Allocation of Plant and Labour
  • Supervision of the piling crew
  • Implementation of OH&S records
  • Keeping of accurate site records.

About the Requirements:

  • A proven background within the piling and ground engineering sector.
  • Knowledge of various piling techniques
  • You must have the ability to drive sites forward
  • Ability to motivate and manage the piling crews
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good work ethic
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent OH&S record
