We are looking for Piling Foreman/Supervisor for a Melbourne based project with experience in self-performing CFA, bored, driven, and diaphragm walls on various infrastructure projects.

**Main Duties**

To coordinate activities of workers engaged in piling and ground improvements for structures, such as bridges and retaining walls for earth embankments, such as cofferdams. To direct workers engaged in operating machines to drive piling and sheets. This includes but is not limited to:

- Responsible for ensuring all quality assurance on-site.
- Enforcing all OH&S procedures.
- Management of staff and labor of own team and sub-contractors.
- Involvement in the day to day running of one of the piling crews installing either deep soil mixed columns, bored piles, displacement piles, CFA, secant or sheet piles.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 10+ years of experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector.
- A thorough understanding and demonstrated experience in the delivery of civil work, including Piling and ground improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental compliances.
- A proven track record of mentoring and helping junior members of staff (leading hand etc.)
- The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
