We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to own and grow our RV and Caravan channel. This is a hands-on, market-facing role focused on new business development, channel growth, and strategic account engagement — all while working alongside a passionate, high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with new and existing customers
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver commercial outcomes: manage pricing, review margins, and drive profitability.
  • Conduct competitive research and develop business cases for new growth initiatives.
  • Present new products and category solutions to clients in a clear, value-driven way.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 7 + years of sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Caravan/RV industry, including key players, trends, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supporting or managing a sales team
  • Confident presenter with strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop tailored solutions by working across technical, engineering, and service functions
  • Proficiency in pricing, deal evaluation, and reporting tools (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite)
