Role Description:

The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into clear, actionable solutions that support organizational goals. This role works closely with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, gather and document requirements, and recommend improvements to systems, processes, and operations. The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

The role involves conducting data analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments to support decision-making and change initiatives. The Business Analyst is expected to communicate insights effectively, support solution design and implementation, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business problems.
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
  • Experience with process modeling, workflow analysis, and business documentation techniques.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with data, reports, and dashboards to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
