About the role

We're seeking a Construction Project Manager / Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex glass, metalwork, and façade projects from tender through completion. The role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership — managing site teams, subcontractors, budgets, and technical documentation to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Salary

A salary range of $95,000 – $110,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience, capability, and demonstrated performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of project delivery, including design coordination, fabrication, installation, and handover.
  • Lead site operations, ensuring safe work practices, quality control, and programme adherence.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring performance, budgets, and procurement schedules.
  • Interpret drawings, resolve on-site technical issues, and maintain communication with architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments, QA reports, and O&M manuals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, installation methodology, and cost outcomes across multiple projects.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in project management or site supervision within construction, facade, glass, or metalwork sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural and architectural systems, including balustrades and glazing interfaces.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with disciplined time, cost, and quality control.
  • Confident leadership of site personnel and subcontractors, with a commitment to WHS compliance.
  • Qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent trade background.
  • Proficiency with project documentation and client liaison.
