Papbuild Constructions, a leading construction company in Victoria, is seeking a full-time qualified Carpenter to join our growing team. You will work on a wide range of residential and commercial projects across the state, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Set out, construct, and erect timber frameworks including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
  • Install and fit windows, doors, stairs, partitions, cabinetry, fixtures, and fittings
  • Construct and install formwork for concrete structures where required
  • Carry out repairs, renovations, and maintenance on timber structures
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and site safety procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with other trades and site supervisors
  • Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and safety
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant job site

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification)
  • Must have one year local experience as a carpenter
  • Must have experience in residential and commercial project
  • Strong ability to read and interpret plans with attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and practical knowledge of building codes
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
