Your Impact

In this role, you'll:

  • Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and joy.
  • Work alongside a passionate team to provide exceptional care and education.
  • Build strong, open relationships with families and support children's individual needs.
  • Introduce new ideas that make each day exciting and fun.
  • Ensure an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Current Blue Card and relevant mandatory training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
  • Passion for nurturing young children and working collaboratively with a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic early childhood environment.
  • Availability 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
