**The role**

We are currently seeking a passionate **Lead Educator** to join our team at our **Norman Park centre**
- Permanent Part Time positions
- Working with 15mth to 2 yrs or 2.5 yrs and over
- Must be available to work 5 days (Monday
- Friday)

**Skills and experience**
- Recognized Early Childhood Qualification - Diploma
- Passion for early childhood education
- Skills to lead other educators, motivating them to excel as you deliver care and educational programs
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Current First Aid
- Current Anaphylaxis training
- Current CPR Training
- Child Protection Certificate
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
