The Insurance WA team is a defendant insurance legal team, working across Statutory Insurance matters, including workers' compensation, recoveries and compulsory third party. This is a fantastic hands-on Insurance role, with significant learning, development and progression opportunities, and the opportunity to work with interesting clients, including some of Australia's top insurers.Skills And ExperienceWe are keen to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:at least 5+ years of post-admission experience within Workers' Compensation;ideally you will have experience on the defendant side, however we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice;a genuine interest in building a career in workers' compensation law and contributing to the success of our practice;clear, concise legal writing skills; andstrong attention to detail.About UsHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
