Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graduate Developer, located in Melbourne, Victoria, allowing some work from home flexibility. The Graduate Developer will be responsible for assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Daily tasks include collaborating with senior developers, writing clean and efficient code, debugging and troubleshooting issues, participating in code reviews, and contributing to documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
  • Knowledge in software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL
  • Understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
