We're Grounded - a next-generation sustainable packaging company using advanced materials, data and AI to help the world move beyond plastic.

We're now building something new: internal agent systems that automate workflows across our sales, operations and sustainability teams. To make this happen, we're looking for a
builder
- a graduate or someone early in their career who's obsessed with AI tools, automation flows and systems integration.

This isn't a typical dev role. It's a creative one - you'll work hand-in-hand with our core (young) team to design and deploy smart agent flows that automate real-world processes across quoting, customer support, logistics and sustainability analysis.

 What you'll do

  • Design and connect AI agent flows using tools like GPT, Notion, Zapier, LangChain, Front, or custom APIs
  • Build automations that power internal ops - from data handling to workflow orchestration and APIs into Grounded's own platform
  • Prototype quickly: test → break → refine → scale
  • Collaborate directly with our sales, operations, and sustainability teams
  • Help architect the backbone of how a global sustainable packaging business uses AI

 Who you are

  • You think in systems — and love making things talk to each other
  • You've been experimenting with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Relevance AI, Zapier, etc.
  • You're comfortable in Python or JS but prefer
    building tools
    to writing endless code
  • You're curious, fast, and biased toward action
  • You care deeply about climate, sustainability, and solving hard problems that actually matter
