This is your opportunity to define and drive the global product direction for one of Australia's most exciting fashion brands. As our VP of Product, you'll lead the Buying, Design, and Merchandise Operations functions to deliver trend-led, commercially powerful collections across Ecommerce, Retail, and Wholesale. With a global focus spanning the US, UK, and Australian markets, this role is central to shaping our brand's creative and commercial success story. What You'll Be Doing
- Own and execute the end-to-end omni-channel global product strategy, from concept to customer, with a key focus on the US market.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver cohesive, on-trend ranges that resonate worldwide.
- Drive the Merchandise Trading Calendar, ensuring alignment between product launches, campaigns, and seasonal rhythms.
- Champion innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability across all product categories.
- Partner with Chief Merchandise Officer and VP of Planning to build and align newness Merchandise Strategy to meet topline business goals. Leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to ensure our collections drive both impact and performance.
- You deliver trend-right, brand-aligned product ranges that exceed sales and margin targets.
- Your leadership inspires collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the global product team.
- You create consistency and clarity between product, marketing, and retail strategies.
- You bring the customer to the centre of every decision, driving growth and engagement across key markets.
- The team feels empowered, supported, and excited to deliver best-in-class products every season.
- 5+ years' senior leadership experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Product within a global fashion retail environment, including 2 years operating at an executive level.
- Proven ability to build and execute a commercially strong, trend-led product strategy across multiple channels and regions.
- Deep knowledge of, and experience within, the US, UK, and Australian fashion markets, with a key focus on the US.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen – confident in using insights and performance data to drive decisions.
- A collaborative, people-first leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to move fast, adapt to change, and stay ahead of trend while balancing creative vision with commercial outcomes.
