The Opportunity:This is more than an operations role — it's an opportunity to formulate and deliver the blueprint for a national network. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take full ownership of business and operational performance across multiple sites, driving results, building capability, and creating a scalable model for future growth. You'll play a key role in expanding market share in the industrial space, strengthening customer relationships, and embedding a culture where safety, service, and commercial success go hand-in-hand.
What You'll Do:
- Lead business and operational performance across a national network of branches - for the trade and industrial market.
- Partner with sales teams to grow revenue, expand key accounts, and win in the industrial market.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire branch managers and frontline leaders to create a high-performance culture.
- Implement best-practice processes, leverage CRM/ERP systems, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:You are a commercially astute leader who thrives on transformation, growth, and people development. You have:
- Multi-site leadership experience in industrial distribution and trade environments.
- A track record of delivering revenue growth, operational performance, and cultural change.
- Strong commercial and P&L management capability.
- A passion for building engaged, capable teams and scalable business models
