About Us

At Bubbletent Australia, we're growing fast and breaking a few rules along the way. We're tripling in size, introducing systems unique to us (ever used Basecamp or SafetyCulture?), and looking for a Team Leader ready to level up their hotel career by improving existing processes, inspiring a team, and helping us scale organically as we shape the definition of Astro Tourism.

The Role

This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating housekeeping and maintenance operations across our unique off-grid glamping tents. You'll help improve on our existing systems, drive performance, and set new standards of excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading teams in hotels or accommodation operations
  • Strong ability to lead change, motivate teams, and uphold high standards
  • Passion for growth, self-improvement, and getting your hands dirty (literally)
  • Flexibility across a 7-day roster (including weekends & public holidays)
  • Fit and energetic – no housekeeping trolleys here
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
