THE OPPORTUNITY

We're hiring for a rare position with a high-end, well-established practice in the historic city of Kalgoorlie, where you'll walk into a busy book and take over part of the Principal Dentist's patient load.

The Principal is reducing clinical hours to focus on leadership and business operations, creating a golden opportunity for a driven Associate to step into a substantial and varied caseload.

This is a general dentistry position where you'll have full clinical autonomy, however if you'd also like to do more implants and do/learn All-on-X, the Principal is more than willing to teach and mentor as he'd like to reduce his workload in those areas too.

This premium clinic is known for its exceptionally high patient, clinician, and staff retention. Due to its location, volume, and the nature of cases, Associates gain accelerated exposure to complex dentistry, all while earning well above the average income for their role.

You'll work alongside a highly regarded Principal and multiple clinicians in a collaborative, well-equipped environment. Patients range from mid to high socioeconomic backgrounds, supported by Kalgoorlie's strong local economy driven by gold and mineral mining.

• You are a highly driven General Dentist looking to serve the community, get more exposure to complex procedures and be open to continual learning
• You're a patient-centric clinician, excellent communicator and relationship-builder;
• You prioritise patient education and providing quality care
• You are a team player; you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed among peers
• You have a friendly chairside manner and can communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
• You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures
• You have AHPRA registration without conditions
• You hold current professional indemnity insurance
• You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
