Bindi Support Worker – Contracts (Alice Springs)

Part-Time | 30 hrs/fortnight | 12-Month Fixed Term | Salary Packaging up to $15,900

Looking for a hands-on role that blends disability support, logistics, and community impact? Join Bindi Enterprises in Alice Springs and help deliver meaningful work opportunities for people with disability.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Mail Team Support: Drive and deliver mail to Indigenous town camps
  • Shredding Team Supervision: Collect document bins, supervise supported employees, and invoice businesses
  • NDIS Admin: Manage service agreements and order materials
  • General Admin: Keep records, update notes, and support day-to-day operations
  • Minimal social media – this is a practical, on-the-ground role

What You'll Need

  • Full Driver's Licence – essential
  • National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR certificates – or willingness to obtain
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with basic admin and invoicing tasks

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in disability support or community services
  • Understanding of NDIS processes and service agreements
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and inclusive practices
