We are a boutique firm with offices in Bowen Hills, Brisbane and Broadbeach, Gold Coast practicing mostly in residential conveyancing.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team, working from home full-time (or in the office part-time if they wish to).

Duties

You will be responsible for running residential and commercial conveyancing files from A-Z.

Your duties will include drafting letters, dealing with clients/agents, calculating settlement figures and general file management tasks.

Candidate

You must have:

-  The ability to work independently and work under pressure;

-  Strong communication skills and great attention to detail;

-  Proven experience to liaise with clients in a professional manner;

-  Manage and oversee a wide range of residential conveyancing matters; and

-  A minimum of 5 years' experience autonomously running conveyancing files from A-Z

Remuneration

A competitive salary package with an annual bonus will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate with skills and experience.
