As our new Technical Account Manager/Junior Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering a compelling end to end user experience from demos, RFP responses and research through to showcasing the value of enterprise platform.

You are an experienced Pre Sales professional who genuinely loves what you do with experience in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences and help drive sales outcomes. This role will suit those who are tech savvy, possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and have a solid understanding of working in an agile environment.

You are all about the detail and have a strong desire to learn and take the initiative and come with experience in risk management or a desire to learn all things risk.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, value-driven software demonstrations and webinars
  • Assist with sales process – including research, pre-builds and reporting
  • Participate in proof of concepts (POC) activities and support proposal development
  • Contribute to demo site content and partner with internal teams to align with our customers needs and demo readiness

You'll be a great fit if you can show:

  • Demonstrated experience in presales or similar experience in a SaaS environment
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to translate technical features into business value
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver high quality proposals and RFP's
  • Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
  • You are a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding proactive communication and stakeholder management experience
  • You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too
