As a Business Development Representative, you will drive our expansionby forging partnerships with medical centres and clinics across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Win Partnerships: Proactively seek out medical practices, clinics, and healthcare centers that can benefit from Televita's telehealth solutions. Initiate contact, present our services, and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Pitch & Close Deals: Confidently demonstrate how our TeleScript platform streamlines patient care, enabling secure, convenient management of prescriptions and health information. Tailor your sales approach to each clinic's needs and close contract agreements.
  • Account Management: Serve as the point of contact for new partner clinics. Ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain ongoing relationships to foster customer satisfaction and future growth.
  • Strategy & Feedback: Work closely with the founder/leadership to refine our value proposition and sales strategy. Provide feedback from the field to help improve our services and marketing approach.
  • Reporting & Targets: Set and meet ambitious targets for partnership acquisition. Track your progress and report on sales activities and results. Take ownership of growing Televita's footprint in the healthcare community.

About You:

  • Sales Enthusiast: You have a passion for sales and business development, with a knack for connecting with people. Previous experience in B2B sales or healthcare is a plus, but not required – we value your attitude and drive most.
  • Excellent Communicator: You're confident and clear when speaking with clinic managers, doctors, or healthcare administrators. Your persuasive presentation skills help you showcase the value of telehealth effectively.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You thrive on challenges and are driven to meet targets. A commission-based role excites you – you see it as an opportunity to be rewarded for your hard work. High energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset are key in this role.
  • Relationship Builder: You can quickly build rapport and trust. By understanding a client's needs and pain points, you adapt your approach and provide solutions, creating long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledgeable (or Eager to Learn): Familiarity with healthcare, medical practice operations, or telehealth services is highly regarded. If not, you're keen to learn about the industry. You genuinely care about improving patient care through innovation.
  • Flexible & Adaptable: In a startup environment, things can evolve quickly. You're comfortable with some ambiguity and can adjust strategies on the fly. You take initiative and can work independently, but also enjoy being part of a small, supportive team.
