We are seeking a motivated and high performing individual to work within our Investigations team As a Trainee Factual Investigator you will work closely with our Investigations team in the day to day operations of our division.

We are interested in hearing from applicants seeking a full time role.
The Role:
- Preparation and writing of formal reports and documents for clients;
- Review investigator field notes;
- Conduct enquiries and liaise daily with clients and investigators;
- Ongoing investigations administration and support.
About You:
- Proven administration experience (1-2 years).
- An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement.
- Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Great customer focus and dedication.
- A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
