Due to our continued growth and increasing client base, we are seeking expressions of interest to work in an Investigations Team Leadership role. This is a full-time role at our Head Office, located in Alexandria. 

The role includes tasks such as:

• Serve as a liaison with both local and National Portfolio Managers, taking full responsibility for the operational needs of New South Wales factual investigations;
• Manage the team's daily investigation performance deliverables, ensuring a reliable, timely, and customer focused service;
• Lead initiatives aimed at boosting operational efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction, particularly for our large government and insurance scheme contracts; and
• Ensure operations meet all relevant regulations and standards, delivering quality work and maintaining compliance across all schemes.

About You:

• Demonstrated operations experience within relevant sectors such as personal injury insurance, legal/law, financial services, fraud/criminal, CTP or workplace investigations;
• Have a keen interest in insurance investigations, cyber, litigation or fraud/risk management;
• Strong customer service ethic is a must, through managing internal and external stakeholders;
• A drive for divisional growth, including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements;
• Support & assist investigators in their roles, identify opportunities to enhance operational performance of the team and a dedication to achieving performance metrics; and
• An ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes, demonstrate initiative and assert professional judgement as required.
