• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a broker (Entry-level applicants need not apply).
• Must have a valid RG146 certificate.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Leadership qualities, with a desire to mentor others and build a high-performing team.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and driving growth.
• The ability to operate independently while working collaboratively within the wider business strategy.
• A commitment to ethical practices, professionalism, and long-term client success.
