Do you have 2-3 years' experience within client services within stockbroking and are looking for your next challenge ? We have the perfect opportunity. 

Our client is seeking a senior client services officer to support advisers with client onboarding, account maintenance, and regulatory compliance. This is a fully in-office role, based in Sydney CBD. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new client applications, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manage CHESS sponsorships and maintain client trading account data
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support process improvements, data analysis, and cross-training within the team
  • Work closely with advisers and external providers to facilitate smooth operations

What You Need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in financial services, stockbroking, or wealth management preferred
  • Knowledge of client onboarding, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
