As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Practice Administrator to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly. You'll play a central role in supporting our accountants and ensuring an exceptional experience for every client.

About the Role

This is a diverse and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll assist with managing the day-to-day running of the practice, coordinate client workflows, and help maintain the high standards Traverse is known for.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client onboarding, correspondence, and appointments
  • Preparing and lodging ASIC and ATO forms and other compliance documents
  • Maintaining accurate client records in our practice management systems
  • Assisting with billing, timesheets, and debtor management
  • Supporting workflow management and internal reporting
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the directors and team
  • Acting as a friendly, professional first point of contact for clients

About You

You're a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and helping others perform at their best. You thrive in a team environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or professional services environment (preferred)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager, or similar software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently when needed
