$80,000 base + commission share (OTE $120k–$200k+)

At 28Watt, we help Australians avoid interest-free traps and finance their home energy upgrades with low-rate, transparent green loans. Many of our customers first come to us to fund solar, batteries, or other home upgrades. Your role is to build on those relationships by reviewing and refining their broader home loan structure, ensuring their mortgage continues to work as hard as they do.

We've built an AI-enabled platform that automates much of the admin, supported by a dedicated offshore loan processor assigned to each broker. Together, this allows you to focus on what matters most: building trusted relationships and delivering great client outcomes.

You'll be joining a small, growing team that values initiative, good systems, and long-term client relationships over cold prospecting.

What you'll do

  • Manage mortgage reviews and refinances for existing 28Watt clients
  • Help clients align their loans with their financial and sustainability goals
  • Guide them from consultation through to settlement using our digital platform
  • Liaise with lenders to secure competitive outcomes
  • Maintain high compliance and service standards throughout each deal

What you'll bring

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
  • 2+ years of loan writing or broking experience
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first approach
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, organised mindset
  • Interest in home energy efficiency (training provided)
