About the role

Johnson's Trucks are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant & Marketing professional to join their team in Mildura, Victoria. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and marketing support to the senior leadership team, playing a crucial part in the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional executive-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and minute-taking
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services
  • Assisting with social media platforms to build the company's online presence
  • Coordinating and organising events, conferences and other corporate functions
  • Preparing business reports and presentations for business partners
  • Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and other important documentation
  • Serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing, including digital & print marketing.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • High level of discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management and marketing tools
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Executive Assistant experience or in a similar senior administrative role
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
