The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced 
Operations Manager
 to oversee and optimise the daily operations of our cleaning services. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing performance, improving processes, and ensuring smooth delivery of services across multiple sites. You'll work closely with the Managing Director to implement strategic goals and support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support operational teams to achieve high-quality service outcomes.
  • Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Manage client relationships and oversee contract performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director on business strategy and service expansion.
  • Support and mentor supervisors and team leaders across the business.

About You

You're a strong communicator and practical leader with a passion for service excellence. You bring:

  • Proven experience in an operations or management role (cleaning or service industry preferred).
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong people leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
