Company DescriptionJob DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing:
  • Greet and check in guests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with guests, team members, and other departments via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage guest bookings, modifications, and special requests using our property management system with attention to detail.
  • Serve as the go-to person for guest needs overnight—offering support, resolving issues, and sharing local tips to enhance their stay.
Pay Rates:
  • Monday to Friday: $25.80/hour + applicable late night/early morning penalties
  • Saturday: $32.25/hour + applicable penalties
  • Sunday: $38.70/hour + applicable penalties
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or another customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a friendly and professional tone.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Confidence in handling guest concerns and turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor that reflect our brand values.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
