Overview

We're seeking a Night Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks Melbourne on Collins Hotel. This part-time role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys working independently, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring smooth overnight operations.

What you'll do
  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and enquiries
  • Handle overnight reception duties, including reservations and payments
  • Monitor hotel security and complete nightly audits
  • Provide friendly, professional service to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in front office or customer service (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
