An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced Retail Manager to join our busyLiveLife Pharmacy at Noosa Civic. This would suit someone who has experience with retail pharmacy, in leading a sales team, POS ordering, instore marketing, merchandising and is able to provide exceptional customer service at our growing pharmacy.
As a LiveLife Retail Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Focus on growing retail sales
- Lead and coach the sales team to live our values and deliver excellent customer service
- Providing excellent customer service and developing great customer and supplier relationships (externally and internally)
- Working collaboratively with the Managing Pharmacist to support the operations and management of the Front of Shop
- Coordinate all areas of Point of Sale including ordering, seeing reps and reporting
- Oversee ordering, stock and inventory control – including stocktakes and management of stock expiry dates
- Coordinate QCPP Responsibilities in conjunction with the Managing Pharmacist
- Assist the Managing Pharmacist with setting and achieving in store targets
- Team member delegation and training of staff through online modules and day to day mentoring
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to laugh and enjoy the day
- Demonstrated experience in a pharmacy environment (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships by engaging with customers, suppliers and peers
- Have strong merchandising and stock control skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to be self-driven and motivated
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to lead, delegate, coach others and follow through on tasks
- Know how to analyse reports, identify issues and solve problems
- Be willing to learn and develop new skills
- Completed or ability to complete Cert IV in Community Pharmacy or equivalent management qualification (highly regarded)

The Pharmacy is open across 7 Days and the successful applicant will be employed on a Permanent Full-Time basis, 76 hours per fortnight. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications.
