About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of the Group's flagship Harbour Shores project—a 2,000 dwelling resort-style residential community on the Northern Gold Coast. This role reports directly to the Senior Development Manager and offers a rare opportunity to work on the largest medium-density residential development on the Gold Coast.
This position provides exposure to all aspects of the development cycle on a project that represents the future of large-scale residential communities. With a focus on sustainability, place-making, architectural excellence, and construction innovation. The project has achieved world-leading recognition with a 6 Star Green Star Community rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in preparing development feasibilities, including site analysis, financial modelling, and market research
- Ensure contractor and consultant deliverables meet agreed specifications and maintain high quality standards
- Coordinate project deliverables and key milestones
- Coordinate delivery of internal and external consultant documentation and reports
- Collaborate across all development phases, including coordination of sales and marketing activities

What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Planning, Engineering, or related construction/property field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property development, project management, contract administration, or planning
- Strong knowledge of design development, planning processes, and regulatory approvals
- Proven ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve combined goals
- Natural curiosity to seek opportunities for continuous improvement and leverage technology to improve project outcomes
- Sound commercial acumen and financial literacy
