A privately-owned Strata & Facilities business serving the Sutherland Shire & Wollongong Region. Their success is built on confidence and strong networks within their community, where locals support locals, they are an ethical strata management business that stands up for professional conduct. 

THE ROLE.

Managing a well-oiled portfolio of approximately 30 Buildings/400 with the support of an experienced Team Assistant, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants a low-fuss, well-maintained portfolio of conditioned buildings. The role is due to growth.

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
• Providing superior service and informed advice to your clients
• Acting as a true mentor and taking a consultative approach
• Solving complex issues and building works
• Mentoring and working effectively with a dedicated assistant
• Strata Master & FileSmart, Strata Connect

THE PERKS.

• Small portfolio – you won't be overwhelmed with AGMs
• Schedule B's $15,000 - $25,000 per annum
• Work from home: Post probation, one day per week

• Salary $100,000  to $115,000 + Superannuation
• Wollongong locals are encouraged to apply as the role is based in Sutherland Shire, but there are buildings in the Wollongong area.

THE PERSON.

• Demonstrated experience and success as a Strata Manager, Assistant Strata Manager, Junior Strata Manager
• Class 2 License in Strata Management or currently undertaking
• Strong knowledge in the Strata & Building legislation
• Enjoy building relationships and take a consultative approach your clients
