This is a full-time role for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the Birkenstock Brisbane Boutique. At Birkenstock, we're more than just iconic footwear — we're a global brand built on quality, heritage, and innovation. We're looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and bring our brand to life in-store every day.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving sales and profitability through product knowledge, positive staff culture, and attentive customer engagement.
  • Providing strong leadership and coaching to develop a high-performing retail team.
  • Ensuring the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Analysing sales data and store performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Liaising with head office on operational matters and implementing new initiatives.
  • Creating a positive in-store environment that encourages customer loyalty.
  • Managing day-to-day store operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the footwear or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools.
  • Tuesday to Saturday Roster.
  • Generate a supportive and collaborative team culture.
