Mobilisation Administrator

Pearl Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join our client, a well-regarded engineering consultancy supporting major players in the mining and resources sector. Based just outside Perth's CBD, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and professional team working across multiple projects with tier-one mining clients.

Position Details  

Location: WestLeederville (public transport access or paid parking)

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5 PM.

Rate: $35 - $40/hr + Super (Pending Experience) 

Commencement: Immediate preferred

The Role

This position will see you performing all round office admin duties including, however, not limited to the following:

• Organising mobilisation to various sites and projects with different specifications.
• Manage and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Assist with pre-mobilisation requirements including medical bookings, inductions, ticket verifications and ensuring all contractors are site ready and compliant.
• Liaise with all parties to ensure smooth mobilisation and training.
• Resolve any conflicting scheduling issues.

About You  

To be successful for this position, you will possess:

• Previous experience in mobilisation and working knowledge of BHP, Rio Tinto, or FMG mobilisation systems (essential).
• High level of computer skills (Microsoft Suite).
• Strong administration and coordination skills, with a focus on accuracy and organisation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability to new environments with the ability to work autonomously.
