ECD Service is a trusted NDIS-registered provider based in Western Australia. We support people with disabilities to live life on their own terms. Our focus is on creating a safe, secure, and empowering environment where individuals can pursue their aspirations with confidence and dignity.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team at SIL house in Southern River.

You will provide person-centred care and daily living assistance to NDIS participants, supporting them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage and assist clients to achieve their individual goals
  • Implement support plans and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and positive living environment

Shift Details

Roster: 24/7 coverage (Monday to Sunday)

  • Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Night Shift: 10:00pm – 7:00am (includes non-active sleepover)

Requirements

We're looking for dedicated, flexible, and caring individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of others.

Highly Regarded Experience:

  • Supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Working with people with Intellectual Disabilities
  • Experience supporting individuals recovering from Stroke

Essential Requirements

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Full Driver's Licence and reliable transport
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Disability Support or related field
