**About the Role**
We are seeking compassionate and reliable **Support Workers** to join our team at **SIL house** in **Southern River**.
You will provide person-centred care and daily living assistance to NDIS participants, supporting them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Encourage and assist clients to achieve their individual goals
- Implement support plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive living environment

**Shift Details**

**Roster**: 24/7 coverage (Monday to Sunday)
- **Day Shift**: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- **Afternoon Shift**: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
- **Night Shift**: 10:00pm - 7:00am _(includes non-active sleepover)_

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for dedicated, flexible, and caring individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of others.

**Highly Regarded Experience**:

- Supporting individuals with **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)**:

- Working with people with **Intellectual Disabilities**:

- Experience supporting individuals recovering from **Stroke**

**Essential Requirements**
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Full Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Disability Support or related field
