About the Role:

This is a hands-on, workshop-based role with field service responsibilities as required. You'll be involved in the manufacture, repair, and installation of hydraulic hoses, both in our workshop and at customer sites. If you're mechanically minded and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing and assembling hydraulic hoses and fittings
  • Responding to breakdowns and call-outs in the field
  • Diagnosing hydraulic faults and completing repairs
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and servicing on-site and in-house
  • Maintaining accurate service records and paperwork
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing the Hydraulink brand professionally
  • Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude and/or hydraulic experience
  • Previous hose repair or hose-making experience (preferred but not essential – training available)
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites when required
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's licence (essential)
