Your mission
As a
Project & Implementation Manager
, you are responsible for the successful coordination and execution of customer-specific projects within the Rail-Flow Transport Management Platform – from planning and implementation to rollout and support. Thereby you actively make use of modern AI-powered tools for documentation, task planning, status reporting, and user communication.

  • Management of implementation projects You oversee, coordinate, and supervise multiple customer-specific projects within the Rail-Flow Transport Management Platform.
  • Planning and rollout management You create and maintain project and rollout plans and coordinate role assignments with management.
  • Project management standards You ensure project execution in line with Rail-Flow standards, including setup and maintenance in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Atlas – while also applying AI-enhanced functions (e.g., auto-generated reports, smart linking of Confluence content).
  • Requirements and change management You manage requirements, bugs, and change requests in collaboration with the Implementation Manager, while considering contractual agreements.
  • Client and project communication You organize and moderate client status meetings, steering committees, and release meetings.
  • Risk management You identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and bring critical issues to the attention of the relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  • Invoice management You ensure correct and timely invoices for project services via our finance team.

Your profile

  • Education: Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, project management, business administration, IT or similar.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in multi-project management, ideally in a logistics environment.
  • Project management tools: Sound knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Atlas).
  • AI Skills: Hands-on mindset when working with AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, AI assistants in Jira/Confluence, automated reporting) as an integral part of your daily work.
  • AI Interest: Interest in learning about and applying AI-supported best practices in project rollout, communication, and documentation.
  • Multi-Project Management: The ability to keep track of several projects at the same time.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high level of initiative, ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel and ability to work in a team.
  • Languages: Very good communication skills English.
  • Hands-on mindset when working with AI productivity tools
