Organisational Change & Transformation Lead

Are you ready to take on the challenge of leading high-profile, large-scale transformation? In this role, you will partner with executives, boards, and frontline teams to design and deliver people-centred strategies that embed meaningful change across the organisation.
What you'll be responsible for
- Leading complex programs of work that deliver measurable value to customers.
- Designing and embedding transformational change across systems, processes, and culture.
- Coaching and empowering leaders and teams to embrace new ways of working.
- Ensuring the voice of the customer is central to decision-making and delivery.
- Navigating ambiguity with calm, discipline, and a clear strategic lens.
- Reporting on progress and driving continuous improvement throughout the change journey.
What you'll bring to the role
- Executive-level experience in transformational delivery, merger integration, or large-scale enterprise change.
- Proven success in leading teams through high-stakes, high-profile change with confidence and clarity.
- Hands-on expertise with agile frameworks and scalable transformation methodologies.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- A people-first leadership style that champions empowerment, collaboration, and customer experience.
