The Role

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. You'll:

• Provide Person-Centred Therapy – Deliver evidence-based therapy in line with the NDIS framework, ensuring that your approach is always person-centred.
• Assess & Create Tailored Therapy Plans – Assess and create individualised therapy plans based on client needs, done in close collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams – You'll work alongside physiotherapists, speech pathologists, exercise physiologists, and support workers for support and collaboration.
• Deliver Progress Reviews – Regularly review and assess participants' progress, adjusting therapy plans accordingly.
• Innovate & Contribute to New Programs – With our emphasis on creativity and growth, you'll have the opportunity to help develop new therapy programs or specialise in an area.
• Supportive & Efficient Workflow – At Meta Healthcare, you'll be supported by a streamlined admin process that lets you focus on therapy.
• Resources and Technology – Use the latest in digital tools, therapy resources, to track progress and document sessions.
