Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mobile Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sydney Western and south Western Suburbs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients including NDIS and aged care clients, providing comprehensive occupational therapy services in their homes or preferred locations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve clients' functional abilities
  • Providing education and training to clients and their families
  • Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassion and empathy for clients
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' locations
  • Previous experience in home healthcare or mobile therapy is a plus
