Workfast is seeking a reliable and experienced all-round Storeperson with a current Forklift Licence to join a busy warehouse team in Rocklea, QLD. This is a hands-on role combining forklift operation with general warehouse and pick packing duties – perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment.

About you

Candidates must have at least 1 year of forklift driving and warehouse labouring experience. You must be willing to take direction and work on the warehouse floor and operate a forklift. This role involves some heavy lifting of up to 20kg.

The numbers

  • $35 per hour plus superannuation
  • Time and a half and double time rate when applicable
  • 6:30am-3:30pm shift - negotiable on time
  • 7:30am-4:30pm shift - negotiable on time

What you need

  • Minimum 1 years of Warehouse Experience
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Manual handling required (up to 20kgs)
  • Pick/packing experience
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Hardworking and can-do attitude
  • Willing to carry out labouring work not just operate forklifts all-day
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

  • Operating forklift
  • RF scanning
  • Putaway and replenishment
  • Using hand tools and power tools
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers (forklift driver)
  • General warehouse duties
  • Site clean up
  • Any duties assigned by the supervisor
