Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services, providing support, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide office and warehouse support to the logistics team.
  • Manage customer inquiries and create consignments.
  • Load and unload general freight
  • Small local pickups on ocasion in ute
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Forklift License
  • Proven experience in administration and or warehousing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and systems is a plus.
