About the role

Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about patient care? We're looking for a reliable and personable Dental/Sterilisation Assistant to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment.
  • Adhering to current infection control protocols and standards.
  • Supporting the clinical team with room setups and turnaround.
  • Chair-side assistance for Oral Health Therapists and Dentists when required.
  • Keeping sterilisation area organised and compliant with protocols.
  • Assist with stock management.

What We're Looking For:
  • Qualification in Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a dental practice preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Maintain high quality of infection control standards.
  • Have a friendly and positive can-do attitude.
