**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:
We require assistance in our food prep and pick packing orders.

**Food Prepartion Tasks**
- **Food Preparation**: Assist our food preparation team with the prepping, cutting, and mincing of a variety of meats, vegetables, and organs.
- **Cleaning & Sterilization**: Perform shift clean-ups and sterilize equipment. Maintain and clean the chiller.
- **Stock Management**: Re-stock retail freezers and manage inventory.
- **Production Work**: Operate mincing machines and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- **Pick Packing**: Prepare and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- **Customer Support**: Provide back-of-house customer support, handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Manual Handling**: Lift up to 20kg and manage meat products.
- **Reliability**: Must be reliable and able to work unsupervised.
- **Physical Fitness**: Fit and able to lift 10-15kg boxes and climb ladders.
- **Experience**: Previous experience with food handling is highly preferred.
- **Transportation**: Must have own transport and a driver's license.
- **Work Hours**: Shifts are weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with part-time options available.
