We are currently seeking a customer service orientated receptionist to join our busy Reception team. We require the employee to have a minimum of two years experience working on a busy reception (preferably in the legal industry) for the following duties:
- Managing a busy switchboard;
- Booking appointments;
- Taking payments;
- Office administration;
- Accurate data entry and opening of client files;
- Assisting with other administration tasks as and when required.
To be considered for this position, it is critical that you possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous reception/administration experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Word);
- Strong customer service and communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong client relationships;
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team;
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients.
