We are looking for a well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This front-desk role is essential to ensuring a positive first impression and providing professional support to clients, patients, and staff.

About the Role

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support, including:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, or patients
  • Answering incoming calls and managing email enquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Processing payments, invoices, and basic office bookkeeping
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
  • Supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Friendly and professional attitude with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
