About the opportunity:

As Australian Motors Group continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Accessory Fitterto join our Pre-Delivery team.

This role will be responsible for working across a variety of brands and directly contributes to our ultimate customer experience by providing high quality accessory fitment and preparation of vehicles prior to delivery.

Key duties:

  • Experience in the fitment of vehicle accessories or a suitable automotive qualification
  • Safe maneuvering of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
  • Perform required quality checks and be accountable for the workmanship of performed work
  • Ensure that required records are completed accurately and submitted on time
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as requested by management

About you:

  • Qualified and experienced as an Accessory Fitter, ideally fitting bull bars, towbars, canopies or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • A current South Australian driver's license and able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles (essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to read and understand wiring diagram, installation manuals, schematics and instruction
  • Be self-motivated, positive, have a strong work ethic and have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
