**Position Summary**:
We have a great opportunity for a qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our Maintenance Team at our Salisbury based factory. Responsibilities include all aspects of maintaining manufacturing plant and equipment including preventative maintenance, breakdown response and some project works.

The position would ideally suit a qualified Mechanical Fitter with a broad range of skills and experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Service and maintenance of all plant and equipment.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving
- Emergency breakdown
- Corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance
- Building maintenance
- Fabrication and machining
- Ensuring WHS compliance of all plant and equipment.

**To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills**:

- Qualification as a Fitter and Turner or similar;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and fault find
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Welding and machining experience
- Pneumatics and Hydraulics experience
- Availability for reasonable overtime;
- A positive attitude with an attention for details
- High level of WH&S awareness
